After speaking with the seller about the features I made my purchase. Because I live in Okinawa I had to pay an additional fee for customs. It took a few days for the bike to make it to the ship but once it did I received the bike in about 10 days. The entire shipping process took less than a month. The bike came packaged very well and the only issue was it missing a small nut that secures the front fender and light. It’s very easy to put together and comes with all necessary tools. With a full battery I have a 60 kilometer range but I ride it on the fastest PAS (5). The controls are very easy and the light is plenty bright at night. The tires are very good and can handle any terrain, the breaks also have very good stopping power. So far I have only ran into one issue. When I turn the key for the battery to off the bike is still able to be powered on. I have contacted the seller about this and they are working with the engineer to solve. I am overall very happy with the purchase!!!

The bike was summer to deliver to Portugal a few days late. I ordered it with 2 batteries of 25 Ah which should allow great walks. Mounting the bike once taken out of the cardboard is quite simple. Very important Point for tous future buyers, take the time to tighten all the screw and bolts of your bike many parts are not tightened properly (control is very important for your security). Check your battery inside the chassis with respect to mine the bass was broken, check that nothing is missing. You can contact the seller he responds very professionally and when he does not know he will take the necessary information. I purchased the Deepower H20 Pro version. It arrived very well packed. It was 90% assembled, so I didn’t have to spend a lot of time assembling the rest of the bike. It feels very well constructed, it also came with a tail light which is great.
I didn’t like the fenders since they’re made of plastic instead of aluminum. Also the handles are very low, but I don’t know if I can adjust those.
I’ll be testing the bike and will come back to review it accordingly.

I’m 6’1″ and the seat is really too low.
The rest works good and it is a nice ebike.
